School Dress

As the weather becomes colder, we are encouraging our students to dress accordingly with warmer coats, hats, scarves and mittens. It is the school’s view that children benefit from the fresh air and outdoor activities experienced during recess and lunchtime. Students will be asked to remain outside during this time unless the temperature drops to below –20 degrees Celsius (including windchill).

We also believe that students should be able to wear what makes them feel confident and ready to learn within our inclusive, respectful, safe and caring learning community. Please ensure that clothing does not contain profane, abusive, or negative messaging. As well, we love our floors to be clean, so we ask that students wear non-marking shoes.
